这两个词都可作“完善”解。integrity较通俗,多用于口语; perfection则较正式,多用于书面语中。
这些名词均有“诚实、正直”之意。
integrity指品格纯正，有高度是非感，正直诚实，受人敬佩。
honesty普通用词，侧重为人忠厚，老实，正直，不欺骗，不说谎。
justice侧重办事或处事公正，公道不偏心。

integrity：完整，健全，诚实，正直来自integral，整体的。后引申诸多形容人的美好品行的褒义词义。integrity：完整，完全，完善；正直，诚实，诚恳 词根词缀：in-不，无+tegr(-tag-)接触+-ity名词词尾
这里ity是抽象名词后缀，加在形容词性的词根（或单词）之后，表示”condition or quality of being”。前缀in表示否定，tegr实际来自词根teg，表示什么呢？表示to touch接触、触摸。所以粗略来看，integr就是没有（被别人）接触过，而integrity的完整意思就是”the condition of not being touched”没有被触摸过的状态。试想，一个没有和外界接触过的事物当然会是完整无缺的。而词根teg-实际上还有tang-，tact-，tig-，ting-等变体存在。
