Out of 28 cases of benign nonfunctional adrenal mass have been operated on from 1984 to 1993. Pathological diagnosis consisted of cortical adenoma in 2, cyst in 9, myelolipoma in 11, ganglioneuroma in 3 and hemangioma in 1.Hormonal dysfunction has been absent in all.

18 cases of nonfunctional adrenal masses were reported consisting of 2 cases of adrenal carcinoma, 1 neuroblastoma, 6 metastatic carcinoma, 6 benign nonfunctional adenoma and 3 adrenal cyst.
