Purpose: To analyse, the CT fingings of lung hydatid cyst and evaluate the diagnosis value of CT for lung hydatid cyst.

This article reports the experience of 4 cases of lung hydatid cyst treated by liquid-nitrogen freezing method. There was no operative mortality.

Conclusion The CT manifestations of mediastinal and lung bronchial cyst are characteristic. They can be diagnosed correctly with CT.
