General elastic contact problems are resulted in quadratic programming. With Lemke algorithm, we find Complementary Basic Feasible Solution ( CBFS) as the Kuhn-Tucker point for quadratic programming and certificate their equivalence. Several applied problems are solved with Lemke algorithm in the paper.
