This article presents analysis and optimized design to electromagnetic locking of automatic switch of the degaussing and electric propulsion control systems of degaussing ship. Further analysis is present on the circuit design and PLC software programming.

Using ship initial magnetic fields and degaussing winding magnetic effect measured, the system is optimized by this algorithm regarding minimal root mean square and peak of system remains magnetic fields as objective functions.
