Objective: To study the effects of intravenous injection with YLS on blood pressure ( BP), coronary flow ( CF), cardiac hemodynamics and myocardial ischemia-reperfusion ( MIR) in rats.

The results showed that 28~ 35 ℃ was suitable for the growth of YLS, 35 ℃ was their most suitable growth temperature and 36~ 48 h was the best time for studying them.

Conclusion: YLS has the significant effects of antihypertension, inhibition of myocardial contractility, decrease in HR, increase in CF and myocardial protection.
