Decision tree classification algorithms have significant potential for remote sensing data classification. In this research, three different types decision tree classification ( UDT, MDT and HDT) are present.

The results show that terrain features extracted by the UDT model and JLT methods are more complete and possess tree structures than using the former Delaunay triangulation method.
