This year is the 40th anniversary of the release of China's first widescreen color animation, Prince Nezha's Triumph Against Dragon King in 1979.

We've been covering the phenomenal performance of Chinese animated feature Ne Zha in the country for the past few weeks, and now, we're happy to report that the movie was released in the U.S. on August 29 by indie distributor Well Go USA Entertainment.
