Clinical Observation of 33 Patients with Advanced Breast Cancer Treated with Docetaxel and Xeloda

METHODS: Immunohistochemical staining of CD34 and TP/ PD-ECGF monoclonal antibodies was performed in 32 colorectal cancer patients with preoperative xeloda chemotherapy and 25 cases without chemotherapy ( served as con-trols), and then the expression of TP/ PD-ECGF and MVD were analyzed.

方法：对32例术前应用希罗达化疗的和25例未做术前化疗的结直肠癌标本，进行TP/PD-ECGF、CD34免疫组织化学标记，检测其TP/PD-ECGF表达及微血管密度MVD。
