Objective To provide experimental basis for antigene radiation therapy through exploring the effects of antigene strategy on androgen receptor ( AR) expression and proliferation of prostate cancer cells.

Methods DAT positive samples can be divided into AIHA group and non AIHA group, process immunity types, and test the samples of IgG or IgG+ C 3 with elution, use elution liquid and standard antibody screen cell to process indirect antiglobulin test ( IAT).

方法DAT阳性标本分AIHA组和非AIHA组，进行免疫分型，然后把IgG或IgG+C3的标本进行放散试验，利用放散液与标准抗体筛查细胞进行间接抗人球蛋白试验（IAT）。
