To evaluate the therapeutic effect of lamellar keratoplasty for pterygium and corneal dermoid tumor. We performed lamellar keratoplasty on 17 cases ( 17 eyes) with pterygium and 5 cases ( 5 eyes) with corneal dermoid tumor.
