Conclusion: Under the control of provisioned pediatric anesthesia and rehabilitation, one time complete cleft lip and palate plus cleft alveolar process closure is safe and viable.

Results: 23 cases were underwent this operation in clinic within 3 years. 14 cases among them were followed up more than half year and their alveolar process cleft had been repaired with the normal bone density on X-ray.
