METHODS: One hundred and forty-two patients with benign gynecological pathological changes who would have hysterectomy were divided into two groups: 82 patients in experimental group who would have classic intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy ( CISH) and 60 patients in Traditional Gastrohysterectomy ( TH) group.

Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in60 women underwent CISH.

Methods: 102 cases were performed classic intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy ( CISH) 66 cases were performed laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy ( LAVH), and 98 cases were performed total abdominal hysterectomy ( TAH). The clinical data in three groups were compared and analyzed.
