Objective To explore the causes and treatment strategy of liver spontaneous hepatorrhexis ( LSH).

目的探讨肝自发性破裂出血的原因和治疗策略。

The causes of LSH included rupture of primary hepatocellular carcinoma, liver cirrhosis, hepatic angioma, adenoma, lipoma, peliosis and secondary carcinoma of liver.

出血原因包括原发性肝癌破裂、肝血管瘤破裂、肝硬化结节破裂、肝腺瘤破裂、肝脂肪瘤破裂、肝紫斑病破裂和继发性肝癌破裂。

The algorithm still follows the LSH thoughts and framework, and improves widespread defects of existing LSH algorithms.

该算法仍遵循LSH思想和框架，但针对现有LSH算法普遍存在的缺陷进行改进。

Conclusions: CISH is superior to open surgery and worthy of being generalized.

结论：腹腔镜筋膜鞘内子宫切除术优于传统的开腹手术，适于临床推广运用。

METHODS: One hundred and forty-two patients with benign gynecological pathological changes who would have hysterectomy were divided into two groups: 82 patients in experimental group who would have classic intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy ( CISH) and 60 patients in Traditional Gastrohysterectomy ( TH) group.
