saith

And Pilate saith unto them, Behold the man!

彼拉多对他们说, 你们看这个人.

And the Lord said, Hear what unjust judge saith.

For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

11经上说, 凡信他的人,必不至于羞愧.

Vanity of vanities, saith the preacher; all is vanity.

传道者说,虚空的虚空, 凡事都是虚空.

Pilate saith unto them, Shall I crucify your King?

彼拉多说, 我可以把你们的王钉十字架 吗 .

Now therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways.

现在万军之耶和华如此说,你们要 省察 自己的行为.

Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing.

3西门彼得对他们说, 我打鱼去.

For he saith, Are not my princes altogether kings?

8他说, 我的臣仆,岂不都是王 吗 .

And when he had spoken this, he saith unto him, Follow me.

说了这话, 就对他说, 你跟从我吧.

And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

又对我说:这是神真实的话.

Or saith he it altogether for our sakes?

这不全是为我们说的 吗 ?

Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher , vanity of vanities ; all is vanity.

传道者说, 虚空的虚空, 虚空 的虚空.凡事都是虚空.

Onward onward, It'saith , and where beauty leads, there it follows.

向前,向前, 它催促着, 美走到哪里, 它就追到哪里.

And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.

耶稣回答说, 你们当信服神.

The LORD repented for this : It'shall not be, saith the LORD.

耶和华就后悔说, 这灾可以免了.
