Expression of the killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor in deciduas of unexplained first trimester spontaneous abortion

Materials and methods: Placentae and deciduas were obtained from 20 women in the following groups: 10 preterm labor samples, 10 preterm samples from artificial labor. Expressions of the 18 chemokine receptors were accomplished by RT-PCR.

材料与方法：选择复旦大学妇产科医院分娩的早产及对照组病人各10例，在娩出后即采集胎盘组织及蜕膜组织标本，用RT－PCR法检测18种趋化因子受体的表达；

HBsAg and HBcAg was detected amniotic epithelium in part of placenta. It in the part of placenta increased gradually from deciduas cell to capillary endothelium. HBsAg and HBcAg were detected in amniotic epithelium.

HBsAg及HBcAg在胎盘中分布由蜕膜细胞、滋养层细胞、绒毛间质细胞，绒毛毛细血管内皮细胞依次递减，羊膜上皮细胞中可检出HBsAg及HBcAg。

The quantity of HLA-G protein on deciduas of mild and severe pre-eclampsia group was lower than control group, while only it had qualitative difference between severe pre-eclampsia group and normal group ( P < 0.05).

轻度子痫前期组HLA-G蛋白表达水平与正常晚孕组无显著性差异，重度子痫前期组胎盘HLA-G蛋白表达水平较正常晚孕组显著降低（P<0.05）。

Results: The mRNA of Bax and Bcl-2 were identified obviously in the trophoblast cells of placenta and were visible in deciduas cells of basal line.
